Her participation included moderating the opening keynote conversation on AI, courage, innovation, and the future of the AEC industry, followed by a technical session examining the intersection of management and AI. The discussions emphasized practical AI readiness, decision-grade data, Project Controls, and the human capabilities required to lead meaningful transformation.

The paper reframes Project Controls from a reporting and execution-support function into a critical enabler of decision-grade data, governance, organizational readiness, and AI-enabled performance.
It also introduces Libby’s AI Readiness Framework and Empower–Execute–Elevate (E³) Framework as practical models for helping organizations move beyond business-as-usual practices toward stronger, more resilient decision-making.
